My training is in counseling and psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and groups.  I have 19 years of post-Masters clinical experience and over 15 years of professional experience in social work and preventive mental health.  I have worked extensively with adults, adolescents and children.  I have studied Heart Centered Hypnotherapy under Diane Zimberoff, and have received training from psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family  counselors, and mental health counselors.
